The attractions of the Salford Quays development are only a 10 minute bus ride away. iQ Student Quarter comprises 541 en-suite rooms that have been designed and fitted to an extremely high standard. The fitted bedrooms have a well equipped study area and en-suite shower room. The en-suite rooms are in clusters of predominately 6 room flats with a small number of 4 & 5 units. Each flat has its own kitchen/diner and living area. The kitchen/diner is equipped with microwave, fridge/freezer, cooker and breakfast bar.
