The Exchange offers a choice of stylish apartments ranging from one to eight bedroom layouts, each with a spacious lounge and kitchen area. Within each apartment you will have your own en-suite bedroom, which is fully fitted and acts as a good base when you need to get down to some serious studying or just want to chill out and relax. Free Broadband Internet access and a number of sky channels are available in each bedroom and kitchen area. Residents are also able to tune their T.V. in to the security camera at the main access door for visitor identification purposes.
Apartment kitchens are fully fitted and each includes an electric cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. There's also a dining area with breakfast bar and stools. Each lounge has comfy sofa seating, coffee table and has a television point. In addition the Lounge on the first floor has plenty of other amusements including pool tables, amusement machines, vending machines and a large screen plasma Television with SKY.
