There is a real community feel at Bower Terrace, with an on-site management team available Monday to Friday to help you settle in and provide you with a point of reference. The development feels safe, too, with the accommodation and surrounding landscaped gardens securely gated. Rooms are finished to an exceptionally high spec and feature all standard fixtures and fittings, a Broadband-accessible study area and en-suite shower room. There are also four larger 'deluxe' rooms available at a higher rental cost. Communal facilities enhance the home from home ambiance, and include a comfortable common room equipped with flat-screen TV and leather sofas, a relaxed meeting place to catch up with your fellow students after lectures. You also have access to a generously sized kitchen-diner - fitted with standard modern appliances.
