Brayford Quays is accredited by Lincoln University private student housing scheme and offers a total of 56 flats split between 3 blocks. Each fully furnished flat has 6 bedrooms with private bathrooms, a fitted kitchen and communal lounge. There is double glazing throughout and each room has individually controlled electric heaters for added comfort. There are also 12 larger rooms available for double occupancy. All the en-suite bedrooms have a generous study area and a high-speed broadband connection, as well as a single bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, phone, storage and TV point. The kitchen and communal areas are also well equipped with everything you need to enjoy university life such as a cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, dining table and chairs, sofas and large TV with freeview.
