Varsity House is a popular development in central Cambridge, featuring 296 single bedrooms all with en-suite shower rooms. The rooms are all housed in two, three or four storey blocks (eight blocks in total). Each block comprises groups of five or six bedrooms sharing between them a kitchen/diner. Varsity enjoys an excellent location, just 250 metres from the Grafton Shopping Centre, one of Cambridge's focal retail and entertainment hubs. It is approximately ten minute walk to the town centre. Modern fixtures and fittings provide ease and comfort, and all rooms are fully furnished and include TV, telephone and computer points, and individual entry systems. 24-hour CCTV ensure students feel safe, while the friendly central accommodation office is happy to answer any questions you may have about your accommodation.
